Exercise puts strain on our bodies in ways we often don’t realize. It’s important to take precocious when we engage in any type of strenuous activity. Ballet, in particular, requires a lot of flexibility in addition to endurance so before every class, it’s a great idea to do some warm-up exercises.
I created this video for everyone to have a short warm-up option before a strenuous ballet or exercise class.
